We build for everyone. This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of the craft — not a checkbox at the end.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We check our work with both automated tooling and manual review, and we fix issues as we find them.
What we've built in
Accessibility is designed into this site from the ground up. Specifically:
- Semantic HTML and landmark regions, so assistive technology can navigate the structure.
- Full keyboard operability, with a clearly visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Colour contrast that meets AA for text, and no meaning conveyed by colour alone.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” system setting — animations are removed or reduced automatically.
- Touch targets sized to at least 44×44px on mobile.
- Decorative graphics hidden from screen readers; interactive controls carry accessible names.
Ongoing testing
We run automated accessibility audits against every page and review changes by keyboard and screen reader. Accessibility is never “done” — it's something we keep verifying as the site evolves.
