We're a small, senior team that ships real products end to end. We don't run a large hiring pipeline — but we're always open to meeting people who build with the same standard of craft.
How we work
NovaVantage is a lean studio, not an agency floor. Everyone here owns real problems from strategy through to shipping — no layers, no hand-offs into a void. We work remote-first, communicate in writing, and hold a high bar for the quality of what we put our name on.
Who we look for
We care far more about the work you've shipped than the boxes on a résumé. People who thrive here tend to share a few traits:
- Senior, self-directed engineers and designers who can own a problem end to end.
- A genuine bar for craft — in code, in interfaces, and in communication.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping over deliberating.
- Strength in modern web and product stacks (Next.js, React, TypeScript, mobile).
